So much on my mind

It’s been very busy for me these last few days and it won’t be letting up anytime soon. For situations like this I try to write in my journal each day. Anything I am feeling, thinking, doing. Once it’s on paper it feels like a weight has been lifted. Try to squeeze in 10-30 minutes every morning if you can. It keeps you writing and the creative juices flowing.
